Criffel

I enjoyed joining the Embodied Sound session this morning. A mixture of meditation, chanting, and Kirtan. Aleisha is an excellent teacher .
After that I went round to see Lorna , while John went out with the dogs and shopping.

I continued the watercolour painting this afternoon which I had started yesterday at Lorna’s .
I used 2 colours Prussian blue and burnt umber. The painting is of our local hill Criffel.
