Autumn colours

My flowers this week are very autumnal, a mixture of my weekly flowers and a bunch our daughter gave us to say thank you for the light display trip :)

Didn’t have a good night last night, and when the alarm went off at 6:30 my body and head were not ready (for 2 pins I would have turned over to go back to sleep). Still heavily full of cold, head, nose, throat and chest so felt a bit delicate today. :)

After the school run, on to work (well upstairs to the office). Ok day, unfortunately that time of year where the vulnerable are …. even more vulnerable …. added in covid-19 situation …. going into holiday period …. and staff under a lot of stress themselves and prone to coughs and colds (present company accepted). The minor down side to working on duty on a Friday is ….. people leave things to the last minute and then it becomes a bit of a crisis. Most Fridays there is some situation which goes past a working day. Fortunately we have very dedicated and supportive staff, so you are not alone :)

A very quiet weekend on the cards, decorations to finish off, ice cake, finish wrapping and chill. :)
