Hamish Henderson

The great poet and songwriter gazes across a near deserted Edinburgh Park. His great work "Freedom Come-All-Ye" starts with the line "Roch the win i the clear day's dawin".  It was the rough wind of Covid that had driven the office workers away to labour from home instead of a desk, but there was at least a clear day to enjoy.
