Welsh house

We bought this little house in 1999 for one of our dear friends who needed a nice place to live. We did a total remodel. She lived there 14 years. Then moved down south when she retired. The house was built by the US Navy in 1942. We named it the Welsh house as we found papers indicating that was the first family to live there. It has been a good investment. I have always enjoyed taking care of old things. The neighborhood has improved over the years and most homes have had very nice updates. It also provides access to a clean private  
sand beach.
