Butt Chicken

This is what I came home to tonight.

This magnificent sight, accompanied by delightful scents.

This, my friends, is Butt Chicken.

Courtesy mainly of my lovely boyfriend, but kudos also have to go to a lovely former flatmate/current friend, who had the foresight to provide for me the recipe. Very well done.

So named as it has a seasoned can of beer rammed up it's behind ('not the most pleasant experience of my life' said the boyfriend, followed by descriptions of semi-gynocological detail).

It was delicious.
