Overtoun House (and dog)

Back at work today, but made a real effort to get away earlier than usual coz husband No1 is away and I need to walk the dogs.

One of our favourite walks takes us past Overtoun House, high above Dumbarton. It's been many things in it's long history, and is currently cared for very well by an American Christian Charity. They have saved it from falling into disrepair, and are renovating it room by room. It's an impressive building and was recently used as a location in the film 'Cloud Atlas'.

I took lots of photos on the walk, but they weren't as good as I would've liked, so I have opted for this shot in the end. Daisy was way ahead of the pack as usual, she is the little dog posing in the foreground.
