A NEW VISITOR.

I know it's not a very good capture but I had to take the photo through the back door glass.

A Jay which is not common in these parts and it was hungry it was trying to take nuts from the bird feeder.

It may have watched the magpies who were also swinging and hanging on.  I can't believe that there is such a shortage of food, not yet.

Oscar refused to go out today as it was so cold and damp.  He'll probably regret it later.

It's hard trying to stay positive as we have had to cancel our holiday in March as Mr A's contract has not been renewed.  Instead they have offered him less than half pay.  I was earning nearly as much as an Office Administrator 6 years ago.  So he is now looking for another placement so that we can pay our rent.

Don't feel Christmassy at all but just have to keep going.  Sending love to you all. xxxx
