Park Life

A relaxed day with a dry but cold walk along Meanwood Valley trail to weetwood and back. My blips shows that Storm Arwen has left more wind damaged trees in it’s wake. There was also a hurdle for us to clear on our way (see extra), it was easy to step over. Despite the going being tacky  we both kept up a good pace, my step has quickened which is a good sign of my knee recovery. We chose  a good time for our outing as the afternoon turned dark and miserable.
