Another trip..

.. to see a house on a plot of just 4 new builds in the process of being built. Would be just what we're looking for. Fabulous location north of the Brecons, with views. Other three properties already gone to 'older couples', so therefore probably nice and quiet!
Very secluded..but many people after it.
However, the developer says whoever gets the £1000 reservation deposit into his account gets it. Only problem is the agent responsible for the site sales is off on leave... and it's the weekend...
How mad is that?
