Day 3: not going anywhere

Trip out to vaccination centre to get my booster jag with Max to get his second shot. It was well busy and we had to wait for about 40 minutes to get to the check-in. Max was told he was a week early so he grumpily took the bus home. I got my third shot, this time Moderna. 

In other news our flights to Germany got cancelled and we won't be going anywhere. This is probably just as well as we are back in self-isolation (I skipped yesterday) because the rules changed today and the entire household has to quarantaine if somebody tests positive. Rowan is tired, has a bit of a cough and lost her sense of taste but ok otherwise.  The vaccines are clearly doing their job. Roll on dystopian December.
