Waiting on the Sausages

The kilted sausages/pigs in blankets were taking an age to cook in the oven (it’s getting ever dodgier) so the sprouts got an unexpected rest and short-lived reprieve. But all’s well in the end, though maybe not for the sprouts who’re a bit chewed up about the whole thing.
You can tell it’s been a slow day.
