FRENCH DOORS

Yesterday a window --- today ..... French Doors. You may be able to spot Tino sitting on a chair looking out.

The fitters arrived early at 7.45am and they finished at 1.45pm. The doors are lovely. Bit of making good to do indoors where they knocked away the brick wall. Think I will need to get a step put in outside as its quite a big drop.

Neil phoned me this afternoon. He was having a mixed day. He got the bus to Newcastle at 6.30am. Then the train to Durham for his appointment at the Passport Office at 8.30am. Unfortunately " the servers were down" and he couldn't wait until they were fixed as he needed to get to the doctors by 10.30pm. So he has made another appointment for tomorrow at 8.30am. He had more success at the doctors and had his medical form signed for The Paris Marathon. Mind you his blood pressure was high at first. No wonder. Then he had to go to work. He finishes at 9.30pm. So he has to go all the way to Durham again tomorrow and then to work. Such a shame he couldn't get it sorted today.
