Repairs Of A 50 Year Old House

Just when you think you have repaired the cracked seam in your ceiling sheetrock you end up in the attic crawlspace trying to install an engineed correction to the trusses... So great to see the leak in the roof / chimney joint that were all all redone and updated 1&1/2 years ago... I will probably be posting the chimney tarp tomorrow :(   Forecasted to be heavy rain and cold for the next several days... I would rather be out helping all those loxal folks that were hit by the floods this past month... Prayers out to everyone in Kentucky hit by the tornadoes.. Fortunately my family in Kentucky was just missed... our problems are pretty small compared to everyone else's....
