Lone Tree

Started the day with a 3 mile run in an attempt to undo holiday damage. It was a pleasant but dull morning. I did take a few phone photos but nothing of note (they really were just an excuse for a rest)!

Unpacking, washing and shopping were the rest of the day.

It was a really nice evening so we decided to go for a walk up by Bracklinn Falls, taking advantage of the lighter nights already! I didn't take my camera as the battery needed charged....big mistake! We stood on 2 separate occasions watching Roe deer feeding, the photos were too blurry on the phone. There were also new born lambs, we entertained ourselves watching them trying to work out which of the ewes was their mum, again the photos weren't great.

It was however a great walk. I quite liked the starkness of this tree against the sky.
