Opening day (for me) in St Gervais

A very beautiful, if very cold, early walk at the lake and then up to our local ski area where a number of the lifts opened this weekend for a pre-season treat. Amazing snow, a catch up with friends, and very tired legs after skiing all the way back to town. Not used to having the tourists back yet, but I guess we’ll get used to it.
