A sapling

No idea of which tree it mights be. Kirsty went to Wetherby Dickensian Christmas Farmers Market today and won this sapling on a tombola stall. Guess who she brought it to to nurture through winter. I will pot it into a large pot and see if we can work out next year what it is when the leaves come out.
I didn't go with her i thought it more sensible to keep away from crowds at the moment.

Been putting lights up today.

It was a damp misty start to the day but it did come out really pleasant later and not too cold either.

Another weekend gone 2 weeks less one day to christmas day.
