Hill run to the sundial
I trend to go for a longer run on a Sunday. Maybe around 1 hour or 10k, whatever comes first. I always factor in a run up to the sundial (see my entry for 04 Dec 21). It doesn't get any easier the older I get. But it has benefits like improving leg strength and developing your cardiovascular system. So, I'll keep on doing it as long as I possible.
