Beloved loved pets

Mabel is so funny. She sat like that for about an hour, just watching out the window.

We lost a chicken overnight. She just died in the coop. Nothing nastily suspicious about it (I did Google bird flu) but she wasn’t old. She wasn’t laying either and I’m not sure she ever has.

Having to remove a little hen always makes me heavy hearted. And as I blip, Cholmeley is staring at me with his big doe eyes because he wants supper.

Today, my brother in Eastbourne has received 2 cockapoo 7 month old pups that were abandoned - he and his wife foster for Spaniel Aid UK. These pups are not trained; they are starving, smelly and very frightened. They need some love.
