View from the village

A view taken from up the hill behind the village where is the cottage.

We'd taken there on Friday last, for a long weekend ~  and were far away from our internet connection. Sweetheart saw his dream come alive; with me there and the open fire on, cooking & sleeping there and having relatives for visitors. It was lovely to see him so happy.

When he took a nap after noon, I went up the hill behind the village and walked along his olive grove too; a little further on I spotted this view onto the mountains (looking Southwards).
