Not a happy rollergirl

My sciatica has been playing up for a while (listen to me, I sound like I'm about 80, not 40!) - but skating often helps so off I went to training.

All was going fine until I fell on my right bum cheek (sorry!) - shooting pains now my leg now, ibuprofen not touching it!

NOT a happy rollergirl tonight :(
