Great Panetonne Taste-Off
Still pursuing the panetonne thing. The slice on the left is from the loaf I made; the other is from an Italian bakery a few towns away. Mine is more like bread, the bakery version is fluffier and stretchier, something I would like to achieve next time. I used chocolate, they used raisins and citron. They're both really good, but substantially different. I can't wait to finish them up so I can try again!
