Fall Back Blip

I took a photo as I was cooking dinner, I realised that I really hadn't taken anything to speak of earlier when out and this might have to be it. I hadn't and so it was.

As I stood over the stove, cooking these, I suppose they are flat meatballs (to cook through quicker), I though, how tired I was of thinking what to cook? and of cooking.... every day, with varying degrees of success. Wondering if, once the last of my children has grown up and left home, will I stop cooking, resort to snacks, ready meals, or just not bother to eat three meals a day.. Anyway short Short Stuff's verdict on these was "delicious mum but way to much onion" He had a point.
