April Fool! - racing in Austria

Knowing I'm such a racing fan, Nat suggested that I experience another Austrian experience in trotting racing ... & never one to turn down an opportunity I aggreed !!
We had a wonderful Osterbrunch in a almost panoramic restaurant ... then the racing began... but the people never arrived !! The course was about the size of Kempton Park but there were about 200 people there in total .... we braved the cold to cheer on one of the winners in the hedge lined winners enclosure.. our crowd of two got on the TV and we saw the presentation. This was the most organised presentation, in the other races the horses refused to enter the very small hedge box ring and carried on down the track!!
loved the way the presenter looks like she's interviewing the horse, and the owner gets wine and very large bratwurst!! No champagne or gold here !!
