Feeling Cool

I was a bit first thing, with the top down, but the day has been very warm and pleasant since.

Duke and I went down the track as far as the benches, my third long walk this week and quite a pleasing achievement.

Spurred on by this, I even went out on my bike later on, the first outing since I had my hip replaced last April. The new hip coped fine, but the old one complained quite a bit.

Stll, I see the surgeon on Wednesday, so let's hope she decides to get the second op done sooner rather than later.
