The thing about..

.. timber frame houses is that you need to get the roof on and make them weatherproof as soon as possible after the structure is up. Whilst the builder was concentrating on the other three sold plots he left the last one standing there without a roof on and getting saturated with all the rain.
This was a street view screen shot of the site before work started.. some time ago. A big spanner in the works unfortunately.
