A Festive Candle

Across the Solent I can see
A festive candle lit for me
Ah wait, look closer and I glower
No candle shines, it’s just Hurst Tower.

This is the Hurst Point Lighthouse in Hampshire , seen from Fort Victoria on the Isle of Wight.
