Boiling blood

After waiting 3 weeks for a telephone consultation with the doctor (who offered me antidepressants!!) for my constant headaches, I finally got a a face to face appointment with the practice nurse today.

She took some blood samples and said the results will be back by Thursday, so to book a review appointment with the doctor for the end of this week.

Not a chance. Yet another telephone appointment, for the 10th of JANUARY!

It’s so annoying!

The sign was in the waiting room and also annoyed me, as I was kept waiting for 20 minutes for my appointment.

I know there are people in a far worse place medically than me, but I’m tired, fed up of having a permanent headache and just want some relief! :-(
