Sweets for My Sweet

So, this week I was going to be baking hard, because Tooli was arriving home on Friday, and on Monday we were heading to Madeira, so I had to get the Christmas cooking out of the way. 

Tooli is still coming home; but we aren't going to Madeira.  

Do you really think you could enjoy yourself knowing that at any minute the rules might change; or you might test positive before you fly back ...

With Tooli having to travel to here, and then on to Madeira, and be clear twice before getting back to Qatar, we decided that given the on-set of the new variant, that it was safer for her to come home and for us all to stay safe in the house. 

She's delighted.  She's getting home, she's got her bed, she has her daddy cooking her every whim, she has the cats, and she has us to entertain her 24 seven. 

Oooh there will be lots of fun to be had.
