Off they go!

A bit of an EB for mono Monday. Here’s me posting most of my Christmas cards. I’ve got a few more to write, I’m having to pace myself due to arm pain, but am nearly there. I’ve had my long awaited appointment with a physiotherapist about my knee today and now have a lot of exercises to do with the aim of increasing muscle strength which should help my knee. I’ve just got to do the exercises now!
I am still not feeling that well but just a bug I think. Have a sore throat which I hope will be improved tomorrow!
