Bubbles, but no Champagne!

I tumbled down a 'bubble photo shoot' rabbit hole this morning. As I finished washing the breakfast dishes I started playing in the suds. Tossed in some blue food coloring and additional soap then spent the next almost an hour with my 60mm macro lens taking photos of some really interesting bubbles. Trying several different light sources, I took a bunch of shots. Check out some of my favorites in the *extra. 
Today C & I  celebrate our forty eighth year together. Lunch out with no Champagne but at least we had 'bubbles'!
