A Bit Early

A friend of mine always put this Santa climbing up her chimney.  This year she added a bag of goodies.

It has been very hot and cloudy.  +24C.  I met a friend for morning tea, then after lunch walked down to the Restaurant near my house for a welcome cuppa.  

You see tomorrow NZ is entering the next phase of COVID 19, which allows most NZers to travel around the country.  There are 160 thousand booked on flights to come to this area over Christmas and the New Year.  My family and I will be staying out of town and the Supermarket.  We will review our situation at the end of January when the schools go back.  In the meantime we will be staying home.
