Mom & Daughter Are Doing Fine

Went to visit one of our friends to see if she had her baby yet...and she did!
Just four days old, she was very shy of any sudden movement and I didn't want to use my flash in case it might scare her. She was very curious though of my camera. In a few days she'll go out to the paddock for the first time. Those are some really long legs, which probably means she will be a fine race champion one day. I will definitely go back many times to visit and check on her.
