Our Neighbour

The last time I went to photograph this chap along our road, I couldn't find him, but today he was in his paddock happily munching away at the grass and clover.
Its been overcast all day, with rain threatening but as yet hasn't arrived.  Now expected in great quantities tomorrow....and its not needed !
Spent a couple of hours in the garden this morning,  the roses are so disappointing having had so much rain on them the buds have turned into mush and will never open.  So set to with the pruners and cut them all off, such a shame as they should be flourishing.
This afternoon I wrapped some parcels, did some cards and went into town and got them posted and on their way to their destinations.  Good job done
