Sous vide strip steak, green beans with tomato and scallion, fresh baked rye bread, olives, and gouda. Wine: Château Le Grand Moulin Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux 2016.
This was a more extravagant dinner than I usually pull off on a Monday. The week has been well begun.
