Say “ Cheese”.

I remember when I was bought one of these for Christmas few years ago and at first wasn’t quite sure what it was.
It turned out to be the most delicious cheese.
One of our farm shops always has some unusual cheeses at Christmastime, and I noticed they had one of these.
So I decided to treat myself.
It is a Scottish cheddar cheese. Made on the Mull of Kintyre, and flavoured with pear schnapps, and tastes fabulous.
Don’t think it will last until Christmas!
