Mist on the M62!

Another Anfield day so off we went leaving home around 9;00.  We were astonished at just how much mist/fog we encountered.  Nothing like the London smog from when I was at school though.  Then you literally couldn't see 2ft in front of you.  

Once Ro had his tickets and I had the hat I nearly bought at our last visit we had a walk in Stanley park and then headed to Ikea for lunch. By the time we left Stanley park the sun was out but as we reached the motorway it was already misting up a bit and the days are really drawing in.

We were delighted to arrive late for lunch and there were far fewer people than normal in the restaurant.  Our son reckons it's not whether you get Omicron but when you choose to get it! So we were being extra careful.  I didn't notice anyone without a mask round the shop.  In the restaurant there was the sweetest little girl who sat in her high chair waving at people!!
