Dark mornings

8 miles done before sunrise today. This time of year the trees are sparse and the days are short but I do like watching the change of seasons over the year.

The temperatures are still very mild too.

I spoke to my gp who has diagnosed a fungal infection in my toe (gross) and have started medication which is likely to take 4 months to clear up. Also I have to have bloods taken in 2 weeks as there is a risk of liver damage! I’ve been told to drink lots of water. Fingers crossed it won’t cause any harm!
