Quarry Man
I met my friend Roger and Carly the retriever for a brief walk on Ham Hill and a long cat over coffee in the pub. Ham stone has been quarried on the Hill since the 19th century when some 200 men working in family groups worked the land. This “mural” pays tribute to them. These days one large company does the quarrying.
This afternoon I finished my Christmas present buying for Tess then tonight it was the last Keep Fat session of the year.
