Outside

Another full on day of people, projects, people, more projects, a bit of c'mas shopping and a few more people issues.  I finally got through most of last week's emails, with just a complicated end of FY spreadsheet to look at now.  I thought I may be ending one of my teams' contract early but they persuaded me things would improve over c'mas. I have some follow up to do with their assignment manager as they too need to make some changes but in short, they've got a month or I'll have to play hard ball.

I packed it in at about 1630 when my brain stopped functioning and went to the, surprisingly busy, gym for the first time in almost a month. I think I may feel it later.

The tree is at the station. Mine is still outside.
