Long Leaf Pine Park

The reflections were just amazing! After all the paperwork and yes, a little shopping for fun stuff for the new house, I took Myles who had been waiting patiently in the car while we signed all the necessary forms. 

We are once again home owners.  The house is virtually empty except for a headboard to our bed and 4 stools for the kitchen island that were purchased this week.  The carpets are shampooed and the air ducts cleaned of construction debris. Tomorrow the pod with the things we brought from New Hampshire will be delivered and on Thursday a couple of movers will empty all the boxes into the garage and the heavy furniture into the house.  Then it will start to look like home.  In the meantime, there is so much to be attended to.  Internet, electricity, H2O and waste disposal transferred to our name.  The builder will have it in their name for 3 days and then it's ours. Deliveries of some new furniture we recently purchased including our bed. So, needless to say, we'll be in the apartment for at least this week.  The park was a nice diversion.
