Out out!

Met up with 2 friends for a festive afternoon tea at our favourite cafe this afternoon. It's part of our small plant nursery. Very sadly the owners want to retire. The whole place is up for sale but sadly the pandemic hit and there have been no takers. I've been coming to this amazing place for 20 years and the cafe ever since it opened. Everyone is gutted but we will still see the staff around as they are all local. Friday is their last day as the place is closing down. The owners have taken the heartbreaking decision to close so they get their retirement plans under way. We had a lovely time and have said our goodbyes. End of an era. Just need to find another venue for our February get together.
