Not the hospital!!!

I was signed off by the consultant for the carpal tunnel surgery- I need to work on the scar tissue and make sure I am careful.

The radial head misalignment is a different matter. The surgery would involve breaking the bone and may not give me more movement than I have now.
The pain is because a tendon is stretched by the misalignment.

So he supports my reluctance to proceed and I have agreed to monitor the situation for about 6 months and if I can’t cope come back as a new patient and get MRI scans done to look at options.

I went for coffee with a friend on my way home.
The garden centre has goats rather than reindeer.
