walking above nerja

a bus to Frigiliana started us on a walk to Maro across the hills passing the fuente del esparto. it was a day of up down, up down, up down with some steep pulls - about 20km including hte walk back to Nerja. thank goodness for the shirt l had taken as the sun was fierce in places (just had to put that in). back at the hotel for a pool side lounge - life is hard!!
