No rest for the wicked...

The Nordic Championship was cancelled yesteday (due to Covid restrictions in Norway) - today we went back to the training hall and started working on a new routine for 2022. No rest for the wicked....

I had 2 hours in the training hall and then we went home for a couple of hours rest before Gollum's Nose Work class.
