Morecambe Bay

A trip into Grange for a few things and to drop off some things at the charity shop.  To the station for a blip of Morecambe Bay which I liked in B&W.

I made Eggs Orsini for the first time for lunch.  I came across the recipe in one of my cookery books.  Egg whites, egg yolks and cheese baked in the oven (see extra).  Quite delicious but I overcooked it slightly.  To be repeated.

I noticed a lovely sunset out of our side window and have added that too.
