...of Anna's blanket before it gets wrapped and put into the box with Faith's ready to post up north.

John and Norma arrived at 3pm.  It was so great to see them.  Both in good health and good humour.  Lola was also pleased to see them.   Had a good catch up over coffee and lemon cake.  

They are so amazing for a pair of octogenarians.  They've been making the most of their freedom and having regular weekends away.  They can't believe they're having to be so careful again because of this new covid variant.  They're coming back to ours on 30th.  I really hope that can go ahead. 

Dinner and more chat and many laughs.  John is such a comedian and a great storyteller.

A wee night cap then bed just after midnight.
