Lake Wakatipu

We drove to Queenstown today and on to Alexandra to get the driving licence sorted (which we did).  A tiring day driving wise as the weather was dreadful for most of the way.  It was dull and dark all through the Crown Range and raining by the time we got to Queenstown.  By the time we were driving through the Kawarau Gorge it was chucking it down.  Lots of big trucks coming towards us sending up a veil of spray.  Very disappointing as there would have been a heap of photos to be had!
