Destination its 5 o'clock somewhere?

My early morning walk today with Milo (our chocolate lab) when most people are still sleeping, we passed a caravan park near the coast with this modified old school bus parked there, one wonders where 5 o'clock somewhere is? And who will be driving it when he eventually awakes, We have a saying here in OZ " it's wine o'clock somewhere" which is always 5 o'clock! Mmmm maybe he has found his destination?....
