The Copse

When I heard that the weather forecast was good I suggested to Guy that the car needed some exercise! I had seen a photo of this small copse on Facebook way back in January and made a note to go and find it some time. It was a 45 minute drive but we found the correct place quite quickly. Took a while to find a parking spot.  The trees are on an ancient burial mound and are known as the 7 sisters. Unfortunately there are now only 6 trees and one of those is definitely dead.

Driving back directly towards a bright, low sun was not so much fun.
