The pink hat

This afternoon I had to go into town yet again to meet a friend for a present exchange, long gossip and mulled wine sitting outside the Bishop on the Bridge.  I got there a bit early so sneaked the back way into the market, where this shot presented itself.  I totally loved this hat so let it sing out.  Why exactly the dear lady smiled at me I've no idea but how kind of her ;))

My Christmas shopping is almost complete and we have a grocery shop arriving any time now.  I say 'almost complete', but is it ever really?  You could just go on and on, but I'm not going to!!
